First web of the laboratory (2003–2006)

First web was combination of technologies HTML + PHP + MySQL. It general, it was based on dynamic technologies, but it missed the user friendly interface for the users. Because of this, not so many of laboratory users were able to use it (mainly just a webmaster).

CMS Drupal 4.6 (2006–2007)

We started to look for real CMS system, that will fit our needs. Because of this we tryed several open source CMS systems and we decided for Drupal. Because of it's features and great API for development of our own modules, Drupal won our test of several CMS systems. With Drupal our homepage became more user friendly with various content.

CMS Drupal 5.x (2007-dnes)

The upgrade to version 5.x of the Drupal CMS was not very easy, because of several modules used in the version 4.6. The result was to create whole new installation of the system. This system became very popular and was also used on several web portals created by the laboratory (RCNA, Videoserver, ACM ICPC at TUKE and others).
